How long does shipping take? All of our products are made to order just for you! Please allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?Because our products are custom printed on demand, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement.

What sizes do you carry? Our apparel is available in a wide range of sizes. Please refer to the size chart on each product page to find your best fit.

Can I cancel or change my order? Orders go into production quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Who do I contact if I have a problem? You can reach us through our Contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. We're here to help!

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship within the United States only. Stay tuned as we may expand in the future!

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Will my items come in gift packaging? Our items are shipped in standard packaging. If you're sending a gift, we recommend adding a personal note at checkout!

What if my item doesn't fit? Since our products are made to order, we're unable to accept size exchanges. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.

How do I know my order was placed successfully? You'll receive a confirmation email right after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us through our Contact page.

Are your products ethically made? We partner with print-on-demand suppliers who follow responsible manufacturing practices. Each item is made with care, just for you.

Can I place a bulk or wholesale order? Yes! If you're interested in ordering multiple items for an event, fundraiser, or as gifts, please reach out to us through our Contact page and we'll be happy to help.

Do your shirts run true to size? Our shirts tend to run true to size, but we always recommend checking the size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit. When in doubt, size up!

Can I request a custom design? We love the idea! Reach out to us through our Contact page with your idea and we'll see what we can do.

How do I care for my shirt? To keep your print looking great, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print.

Is my payment information secure?Absolutely. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and we never store your payment details. All transactions are processed securely.
